We have a few options to suite your business needs.
Call us as you need us: $125.00/hr, Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00 PM. After hours, emergency support is billed at a rate of $175.00/hr.
Pre-Purchase Time: $110.00/hr, purchased in blocks of 10. On this program, as soon as you fall to an hour or less of remaining time, you are billed for a further 10 hours, so there is no interruption of service. After hours, emergency support is billed out separately at a rate of $175.00/hr. You can cancel anytime, although time already purchased is not refundable, but will be honored until it is used up.
Service Contracts: Call us for details. We can set up a monthly rate, based on the number of computers, and your service needs that suites your business model. We invoice at the end of the month for the following month. With this plan, you get priority service.
