At QCS we use ITarian to manage your network. From your servers to your workstations, we get an in depth look at the health of your environment.

You can check on your workstation to see if our software is installed, look down by the clock (you might have to click on the little up arrow to see all the icons), and look for this icon (pictured to the right). If it is not installed, please contact us to get instructions on how to install it.

The ITarian system also has a ticketing system. You can right click on the icon in your system tray, by the clock, and click on “submit ticket”. You can also send an email to [email protected], or click on it ITarian logo above to create a new ticket. Please be as detailed as possible, with a short, but descriptive subject line.
