At QCS we use Spiceworks to manage our tickets. If you need help with anything, simply email and we will get ticket and address your problem as soon as possible. This service is available to our regular clients. If you want to be able to send us helpdesk tickets, please let us know, and we will set you up in the system. You can fill out our contact page to request this.

For your servers, we use AnyDesk to remote into them, and check on things like the backup, how the environment is running, etc.
We can also remote into your desktop with AnyDesk. If you need help with something, just click on the “Download AnyDesk” link.
